Job Description

Job Responsibility-

Displaying complete ownership to the customers Query/problems
Delivering high quality service to customers
Focusing on adherence to product / process information
Ensuring Nil Customer complaints
Focusing on Nil Defects (100% adherence to product & process)
Escalating / Highlighting customer Problem Incidences
Complying with process requirements on both service and sales
Cross Selling products as applicable to inbound customers
Ensuring Process Efficiency by achieving set targets of Call Quality

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate (NO BE/BTECH)

·     Excellent Written & Oral Communication 

·     Passion towards Service

·     Enthusiastic and self-motivated

·     Ability to work in a dynamic environment

·     Good Comprehension skills

The candidate will be placed on direct Payroll of the Bank

Shift timings : (No night shifts)

Female employees : Rotational shifts ( Between 7 am to 9 Pm (any 10hours )

Male employees : Rotational shifts

Pick and drop will be provided by the company for Delhi and Gurgaon candidates only.
